Plan an informed, accessible and lower-impact participation in Chișinău.
The conference is planned for in-person delivery at ASEM, with an online presentation stream subject to technical approval. English is the working language. The fee table remains proposed. Bank details are now included for payments requested by ASEM after registration confirmation or invoicing; publication of an IBAN does not mean that payment is open.

03 / Payment & invoicing
ASEM bank-transfer accounts are available in MDL and EUR. The currency, amount and payment reference must match the registration confirmation or invoice issued by the Conference Secretariat.
Complete registration first and use the payment instruction, amount, currency and reference supplied by ASEM. Do not send MDL to the EUR account or EUR to the MDL account.

04 / Venue
The proposed host venue is the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova (ASEM), at 61 Mitropolit Gavriil Bănulescu-Bodoni Street, MD-2005 Chișinău. The exact building, room allocation and accessible entrance will be published after technical confirmation.
05 / Travel planning
International participants should verify entry requirements, insurance and transport shortly before travel. Requirements can depend on nationality, residence status and route. The conference secretariat should provide administrative support but should not offer legal guarantees on entry.
06 / Accommodation
Only publish named hotels after written confirmation of rates, validity, cancellation terms, accessibility and booking method.
07 / Accessibility & inclusion
Registration should allow participants to confidentially request step-free access, seating arrangements, captioning or interpretation, dietary accommodations, quiet space, support-person access and accessible materials. The secretariat should acknowledge each request and state what can be provided.

The organising team should approve a compact event sustainability charter covering digital-first materials, reusable signage, responsible catering, drinking-water access, waste separation, public-transport information, supplier criteria and post-event reporting.

A cultural and sustainability-focused visit in or around Chișinău is planned for Sunday, 22 November. Destination, transport, insurance, inclusions, minimum group size and final price remain to be confirmed. Indicative price: €45–65 per person.
