ASEM bank-transfer accounts are available in MDL and EUR. The currency, amount and payment reference must match the registration confirmation or invoice issued by the Conference Secretariat.
Do not transfer funds solely on the basis of the published IBAN.

The proposed host venue is the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova (ASEM), at 61 Mitropolit Gavriil Bănulescu-Bodoni Street, MD-2005 Chișinău. The exact building, room allocation and accessible entrance will be published after technical confirmation.

Not yet. The site is a pre-launch prototype. Registering interest records no data in this demonstration; the final form must be connected to an approved service.
The delivery model requires a technical and budget decision. Do not advertise livestreaming or remote presentation until platform, staffing, consent and recording rules are secured.
This has not been approved. Conference registration and publication must be described as separate processes unless a formal publishing agreement states otherwise.
A controlled procedure should be available for registered participants after identity and participation checks. An invitation letter does not guarantee visa issuance or entry.
English is proposed as the principal scientific language. Romanian-language elements and interpretation arrangements require a programme-level decision.

From conference dialogue to place-based learning.
A cultural and sustainability-focused visit in or around Chișinău is planned for Sunday, 22 November. Destination, transport, insurance, inclusions, minimum group size and final price remain to be confirmed. Indicative price: €45–65 per person.
