The transition is a systems problem.
SUSTAINX Moldova invites contributions that examine how institutions, firms, territories and communities can make sustainable transitions more responsible, measurable and inclusive. Submissions should move beyond general advocacy and present a clear problem, method or evidence base, findings or intervention logic, and implications for policy, management or practice.

02 / Contribution formats
Different evidence, one quality threshold.
Working language: English. A Romanian-language local session may be created only with programme-committee approval. Standard oral presentation: 12 minutes + 3 minutes for questions.

Qualified reviewers assess relevance, rigour, clarity, contribution and practical significance under an approved model.

Authors receive a documented decision: accept, accept with revision, redirect to another format, or decline.

Finalise
Accepted contributors submit final materials, rights permissions and participation confirmation.

Do not promise indexing before it is contracted.
The live call should name only publication routes that are formally secured. A robust model separates conference acceptance from publication acceptance: accepted presentations enter the programme; selected manuscripts may then undergo an additional editorial and peer-review process for proceedings, a special issue or an institutional publication.
